However, if you have a concern or are dissatisfied in any way, then we will do our best to help resolve the situation in a fair and transparent way and in a timely manner. We will investigate all complaints competently and impartially. Your complaint will be assessed fairly, considering all relevant factors.

To help us investigate your complaint we will need the following information:

  • Your name, address and serial number of your spa;
  • Copy of your invoice;
  • Details of how we should contact you;
  • A clear description of your complaint;
  • Details of what you would like us to do to resolve your complaint.

Following your initial correspondence, we may also require:

  • Copies of relevant supporting information (this may include photos);
  • Further information.

Once we have obtained the relevant information, we will investigate your complaint thoroughly and offer a fair response that takes into account all information that has been provided to us. We will provide you with a clear explanation of our decision.
