HELLO 2024 – A MESSAGE FROM OUR DIRECTOR

Dear Artesian Dealers,

Firstly, Happy New Year to you all!

We would like to say thank you for your continued business and we are grateful to have you all as part of our Artesian dealer network.

Our continued commitment is to provide you with the highest quality standard of spas on the market and the tools to allow you to continue to take your business from strength to strength.

The last year has brought some challenges to our industry as it has to retail in general, however we were pleased to see more positivity in the economy towards the end of 2023 resulting in some unexpected last minute sales for some.  The greater stability of interest rates and energy prices we have seen recently will no doubt provide a much better platform for 2024.

In 2023 we increased investment in our marketing strategy and content.  This included new images, video content and the new augmented reality program.  September 2023 saw our most eagerly awaited marketing venture for many years, the launch of our brand new website which has had the positive effect of vastly increasing traffic to the Artesian brand.  With many more exciting marketing announcements, content and tools coming out in 2024, you can continue to differentiate your business from the competition.

Current pricing remains the same as the latest 2021-2023 pricing.  I will shortly be sending out a new pricelist that will now include all surcharges to make it easier/more user friendly to use.

There are no immediate changes planned to our ranges from the Artesian factory, however there are some new and exciting additional products being developed ready for release very soon including a new chilled spa, so watch this space!

All bespoke TidalFit orders are back to a current lead time of approximately 16 weeks and all other spas approximately 12 weeks.

We will also be sending out an invitation to our annual dealer seminar in the next few weeks.  This will take place around the end of February/beginning of March (exact dates and more information to follow).

Once again, thank you for your continued support during 2023 and may 2024 be a successful year for all of you.
